What is Siegius?

Siegius is a historically-themed side-scrolling strategy game that puts you in command of Roman legions battling Celtic warriors in ancient Europe. You manage the economics and military deployment of a Roman military campaign - training and deploying different unit types, managing the gold flow that funds your armies, and pushing your forces forward to capture the Celtic camp before they can do the same to yours. How to Play Siegius

Spend gold to deploy Roman units from your base - legionnaires, archers, horsemen, and siege equipment each fill different tactical roles. Between deployments, spend income on unit upgrades that improve the capabilities of specific troop types across all future deployments of that unit.

Siege machines are devastating against fortified positions but are slow and fragile without infantry escort.
